The Station at Potomac Yard

CD acted as the staff for the Alexandria Development Corporation (“AHDC”) from 2009. This project was AHDC’s first and includes a 4-bay fire station, 1,500 SF of retail with 64 tax credit and workforce housing units above.

The Art Place at Fort Totten

CD served as a Pre-Development, Development and Financial Consultant. This project is a large scale mixed-use community in the Fort Totten area of DC containing housing, Art Use space, Retail/Office space, and Community space.

Riverdale Park Station

CD is the Pre-Development, Development and Financial Consultant of this 3 phase large scale mixed-use community in Riverdale, Maryland containing townhomes, multifamily units, retail, office, a hotel and community space.

Fireside Park Apartments

CD was the Acquisition Manager of Fireside Park Apartments, a 236 unit, $38 million development.

Gude Drive New Shared Facilities

As the Development Consultant and Construction Manager, CD spearheaded the development of a 42 bed building, 14,500 SF transitional housing for homeless men and offices for the Montgomery County Coalition for the Homeless.

Columbia Landing

CD is the Acquisition Manager, Construction Manager and Asset Manager of Columbia Landing, a 300 unit, $37 million development.

Pooks Hill Towers

A high rise apartment building located in Bethesda owned by the Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County, MD, CD is providing owner’s representation, construction management and third party verification for a $5.4 million rehabilitation of the property.
