We manage the selection and coordination of a development team, including the architect, land planner, civil engineer, traffic consultant, and construction manager. We also help our clients obtain advantageous and rapid government approvals that maximize the value of a site including, if necessary, a rezoning or plan amendment. - Construction Management
We evaluate the existing condition of a property, determine its best use, oversee design, obtain all required approvals, supervise the bidding process, select the most capable consultants and contractors, and coordinate the process.
